Return 

Orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt (e.g., incorrect quantity or quality issues), please notify us within 30 days of order confirmation date; otherwise, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled, and no exchanges or refunds can be arranged.

Please bring the defective product to our store for an exchange.
We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding refunds or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders upon receipt of payment. Cancellations are possible during the initial processing stage, but orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipping preparation phase.

Subscription 

When you buy a subscription, you will get repeated deliveries. These are determined by the subscription period and frequency that you select.

Your payment information will be securely saved, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries .

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the conclusion of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, please login your customer account or contact us for assistance.  

Subscription Cancellation

In order to provide you time to receive and test the goods, cancellations of subscriptions are only allowed 14 days after the initial subscription order was placed. You can cancel your subscription at any time after this 14-day period.

By selecting "Cancel Subscription" after signing into your subscription account, you can end your subscription. After that, you'll have the choice to either proceed with the cancellation or switch to a pause. There  won't be any more fees or delivery when your cancellation is completed. Please email us if you need help managing or terminating your subscription.

Please be aware that once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. We do require at least 5 business day's notice prior to the renewal date in order to modify or cancel subscription orders. 

Initial subscription discounts (including % off  ) are limited to one use per customer, per product. If a customer cancels and resubscribes to claim the same introductory discount, NATURE HEALS reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at the discounted amount.
