Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of naturehealshk.com  (the “Site”) and your purchase of NATURE HEALS products and subscriptions in Hong Kong. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

 1. Who we are

NATURE HEALS (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand offering food & berverage products for customers in Hong Kong. Our Site is operated through naturehealshk.com and related online services.

2. Eligibility

To purchase products or create an account on our Site, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. Provide accurate and complete registration and payment information.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Hong Kong or elsewhere.
  2. Use the Site to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other user accounts, or our systems.
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any associated networks.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Products and information disclaimer

We aim to display product information, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or prices are error‑free, complete, or current.

Our products are intended for general wellness and hydration support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) unless stated otherwise.

  1. We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
  2. An order is considered accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email and payment is successfully processed.
  3. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues). In such cases, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

Payments are processed by third‑party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery (Hong Kong only)

We currently deliver only within Hong Kong, using SF Express or other designated couriers. Delivery times and shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when the order is handed over to the courier. Delays, loss, or damage in transit may occur and are outside of our direct control, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Returns and refunds.

Orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt (e.g., incorrect quantity or quality issues), please notify us within 30 days of order confirmation date; otherwise, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled, and no exchanges or refunds can be arranged.

Please bring the defective product to our store for an exchange.
We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding refunds or exchanges.

8. Subscriptions

We provide subscription plans that, based on the frequency you choose, automatically renew.

  1. You give us permission to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until you cancel when you sign up for a subscription.
  2. Our Shipping, Returns & Subscriptions page outlines the parameters of subscription cancellation, including the initial 14-day period and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
  3. To prevent unsuccessful payments or delivery problems, it is your responsibility to keep your billing and shipping details current. 

We may change subscription pricing or terms with reasonable prior notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to NATURE HEALS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Third‑party links and services

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services (such as payment gateways, social media platforms, or logistics providers). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third‑party sites.

Your use of third‑party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Site at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Site, our products, or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NATURE HEALS, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
